After our very successful launch of casino rueda in Seoul at Candela Dance Studio (the Home of Korean Casino) a few weeks ago, Pillhwan and Art have launched another exciting program designed to give wannabe casineros and casineras the change to continue learning and enjoying those exciting casino patterns and rueda dances that we all love so much.
We're starting "Casino Rueda 101" this coming Saturday, August 8, 2009 at the beautiful Candela Studio in Yangjae, Seoul. The studio is only a short 3 minute walk from Exit #6 of Yangjae Subway Station (Orange/#3 Line). Class commences promptly at 6 pm. and ends promptly at 7pm.
There will be a short practice period and social after the class for those who wish to attend and, most likely, members of the class will want to make plans to meet at one of the many great salsa clubs later that evening to practice thier new skills and treat the patrons to a spontaneous 'show' of how much fun rueda is.
Those dancers in this class are actually our 'master class' and are getting training in more patterns than is typical in most casino rueda classes. Several members of the Candela staff will be in attendancde as well as several members of the Korealatinandsalsa social group who attended the Crash Course a few weeks ago.
