An opportunity like real estate used to be?

Most people have heard the stories about people getting into real estate, especially into what's called 'flippin' houses', and making a ton of money.  And most of us wish we had the money, time and knowledge to do something like that ourselves.

Yet, unless you live in a cave, you know that the real estate market (any part of it) isn't in very good shape right now.  And that's even if you knew what you were doing and if you had the time and if you had some seed money to play with.

Well, what if I told you I heard about an opportunity today that's just as lucrative as real estate ever was, yet it takes less money and can be done in less time and you can turn your money over much much quicker......and hardly anybody knows about it in comparison to the size of the market(s)?

Well, what I'm going to tell you about is something I stumbled upon only just recently by simply reading my email and casually listening to an online 'webinar'. 

• It's something that you can get into for less money than what you probably spend on Starbucks a month,
• it's something that you can do in no more time than you take to read your favorite newspapers and magazines (which, by the way....how much money is that making you each month?)
• your cash turnaround is almost immediate,
• it's respectable...in fact this same business principle is used for just about any other product or service you can name,
• it's not regulated by the federal bureaucrats (thank God!), and
• you can pick any degree of involvement you want....full time, part time, spare time, sometime, big time or small time.

I have personal friends who I'm going to be calling by Skype tonight to tell them about it(even though I don't stand to gain anything monetarily for doing it).  And, yes, I am in fact in the process of getting into it right now.  Actually I'd already be in it if my credit card situation wasn't so messed up.

What am I talking about?

Web Site Flipping!

Websites are the virtual real estate of the new internet based economy and culture and there's already a huge market which you can learn about in the video I'm linking to in this post.

And.....this young kid (compared to me!) who you'll see on the video has actually set up an online 'SiteFlipAcademy' that was almost sold out within the first 12 hours it was on the internet.  It's actually way, way, way underpriced too.

It makes my heart flutter when I realize that I almost missed hearing about this.  I knew about the webinar but sorta didn't take it serious because (1) I've got some other projects I'm interested in too and (2) I was busy at school. 

But luckily I got a link to the archived webinar and when I began to listen to what this kid was saying, I thought, "Damn!  That makes perfect sense!  I can do that!"

Anyway, Justin Brooks is this young man's name and website flipping is his game.  He's making very good money at it and I think any other reasonably intelligent and focused person could too.  Click the link in the next paragraph and it'll take you his website.
